At Rue Madame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Rue Madame

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
